Right Time, Right Place

I promised you a cute and sexy story from the Mom's recent glamour photo shoot; so here it is.

It was just after 8:00 the morning of the session and Ruthie, Daphne, Mom and I were standing outside our studio office talking when a youngish (late 20's) tall good-looking black guy approached us.  As he neared, Ruthie, doing her job as studio manager, asked him if she could help him.  He asked, through his COVID mask, if we were hiring or taking resumes.  Ruthie gave the standard line: "We are not actively hiring at this time but are accepting resumes for future positions."  The guy - Lloyd was his name - handed her a Manila folder with his resume.  He bid us "good day" and turned to leave when Mom stopped him and asked if he was interested in doing some work for us that day. He responded that all he had planned for the day was handing out resumes, so, yes, he was free and could use the work.  When he inquired what kind of work, Mom said something about him being Daphne's assistant for the day and she would explain.

As we took the 10 minute walk to the other side of the studio lot next to ours (to what we call "the gym" because of the size of the studio - we needed a large one for the 20+ photographers and their technicians considering social distancing guidelines), Daphne begin explaining, starting with "were you aware that this is an adult entertainment studio?"  and was he OK with that.  He said he thought it might be but wasn't sure and that he was fine with it.  Daphne went on about how we were going to do two photo shoots of Mom that should last all day.  She explained that her job was to make sure Mom's makeup, hair and clothes were perfect during the sessions.  Then she delivered the punch line:

"As I'm sure you noticed, Ms. Marti has gigantic natural breasts that sometimes need to be posed separately and that would be his job - a breast handler, if you will!"

He stopped in his tracks.  "What?"  Mom, who was a few steps ahead of Daphne and Lloyd turned to them.  Of course she looked fantastic in her short leather skirt, heels, and ultra-tight sweater (a light white one that zipped up the front - it was June in Florida after all).  She didn't say anything but smiled, unzipped her sweater, and held it open toward Lloyd, her bare treasures gleaming in the morning sun.  She cocked her head in a cute "well?" expression.

Yeah, Lloyd was definitely at the right place at the right time and is now employed by Mar-Ty (our studio).  He has already been able to use his IT skills helping Doc and upgrading our technology while also working for Rod in facilities management.  I'm sure he'd work for free just for the perks of the job: several of us - but especially Mom - are training him and his bbc (plenty big but not huge) to become a porn stud.

Mom has lamented the lack of diversity at Mar-Ty and, although we can "borrow" talent from Harry and Lacy's studio next door, Mom wants it in house.  As a startup, most of our talent have jobs behind the camera as well as in front of it; Gail and I are the exceptions but our spouses - Dana and Maria - are full time employees (well, Maria is also an owner).  So Lloyd is an excellent fit - in more ways than one.  Now Mom's looking for fresh and busty ladies of color to join us to both fill a void our clients want and to improve our diversity.
