I, Dana, have the world's best and easiest job as General Manager of Studio M. Marti (pictured, of course), Michelle, and Chelsea bring in enough cash each month to support the entire operation of 69 full time employees and keep up the entirety of our personal land and homes. (Note the number 69 - I'm sure you did, right?) So the income our other full time models (e.g., Vera, Emily) generate is gravy and that's not to mention the posing of our part time models (e.g., Roxy, July) plus several ladies you've not been introduced to yet. My boss and a VP of our Agency, Elaine, is delighted and the Board keeps funneling money our way.
Were you surprised by the number 69? Well, we don't usually include men when we talk about the size of our Agency (you caught the word 'size,' too, right?) most of whom work in the physical operation of the Studio (staging, grounds and buildings upkeep) and some full-time male talent. (Most of the men showing up in any videos are "rented" from other studios.) All told we have 28 men on payroll, all reporting eventually to Deke who reports to me. All the ladies report either to Lin or Maria (talent) or to Daphne, Roxy, or Lacy (office, wardrobe, makeup, script-writing, etc.) and then to me. We've gotten so big we even have an HR department! (Just two people in it.) So of the 41 females, we have 20 who are full time in front of the camera so 21 who are in support roles.
Kaatje has agreed to put together a spreadsheet of all of our female employees that we'll share here. Also a lot of the ladies are eager to post their photos. It should be a great time here at MMGGBB the rest of this year and in 2023 forward.

Studio M sounds like a hive of activity, always buzzing along, congratulations on all the well-deserved success. The nerd in me is definitely looking forward to seeing Kaatje's spreadsheet detailing all the women of Studio M. I can't wait to see the new additions and see what they bring to the Marti-Verse.

Beautiful pic of Marti. And Dana it's an incredible description of the business and it really reminds me of how Walt Disney described the Disney company, that it all began with a mouse , in this case it all began with THE TITS or to be really fair Marti 😘😘
