Life of the Party

 Hey guys, it's Roxy, and I admit I'm a bit nervous, too, waiting to meet Michelle's "friends" so I hoped writing a post would make the next hour go quicker and easier.

Saturdays are usually really fun days at the studio.  The half of the complex on the other side of the site which has three studio buildings A, C and D and an office building B (which is why we call the other half Stuio ABCD, duh) are almost always closed Saturadys while our Studio M is usually abuzz.  Everyone from Studio M and Studio ABCD as well as many of our suppliers, contractors, sales people, etc., are invited for what is usually a big cookout (weather permitting if not it goes inside) on one of the outdoor sets of "The M" (meaning, of course, Studio M).  There are kegs of beer and a wine stand and people bring side dishes and desserts.  Yes, we're all there for the food, fun, and camaraderie, but we're also there to watch.  Usually there will be 100 -200 people there.  At the beginning of each week Vera will send out an email for dress codes and menus.  Dress is usually nice casual (sundresses for ladies, slacks and button ups for men, for example) but sometimes we'll do something more formal.
