Studio Marti

I (Roxy) kinda hate to do this to you guys especially along with this hot picture of Marti, but we felt we needed to give you some background and update about our studio.  Some of you will remember some of this from the past 10 years but some of it will be new.

When Marti first got into porn back in 2010 the property where our studio now stands consisted of one studio building (Studio A) and a double wide trailer which became known as Building B.  The rest of the property, which covers several acres well outside of town, was a lot of weeds, a few stands of trees, a couple of forlorn ponds (borrow pits, really), and a mostly dirt area which was rented out for truck trailer storage.  I've seen pictures and they're not a pretty sight.  From his share of the proceeds from Marti's Josh's Mom series of videos as her first agent, Harry and his wife Lacy, who had sold her antique business to help out, bought the studio and brought in some investors based on Marti's success and potential, not to mention Michelle's budding and promising career.  With the investments, Harry built a second much more modern but smaller studio building, Studio C.  Harry, with lots of help from Marti's skills and body as well as Harry's skill at getting investments, built the studio from a minor porn player to a major one.  Marti's crazy wild success eventually allowed her to buy the entire property from Harry (who happily retired to being a part time older porn stud and Lacy got her antique business back).  A couple years later, Marti sold the property to our current Agency and Maria, who was know a major director as well as Marti's new agent, took over management.  It was during that transition that another studio building was added (Studio D) and a new office building was built (still called Building B since the double wide was removed).  Over these years several other of the ladies you've heard about here joined the studio as actresses/models (Gina, Gail, Dana, Ruthie, Mandy) or, in Daphne's case, as a makeup artist.  Then, of course, I came along in the summer of 2020 with Vera, Zin and Becca joining in 2021.

In late summer of 2020, the Agency began construction of one more studio building, the largest and most expensive on the lot.  Of course you might expect it to become Studio E, but no; it is known as Studio M.  And, the M stands for Marti.  Construction was halted in the winter of 2021 when it looked like Marti was going to retire and some of the more expensive touches but on indefinite hold.  That was until Marti came roaring back in the spring of 2021.  Everything came back online and the building was completed in August of this past year.  Along with the building, the lot was cleaned up, the borrow pits turned into real-looking ponds, the truck trailers removed, trees planted, sidewalks installed along with a beautiful pool, grass planted.

The building was officially dedicated in September with a plaque on one corner dedicating the building to Marti and her career.  There is also a dedication to Jake in the front lobby and one to Maria and Michelle in the back lobby.  The exterior is nothing fancy and matches the other studio buildings but they spared no expense inside and is incredible.  Marti and Maria have huge offices as does Daphne while the rest of us have nice dressing rooms as well.  All 14 of us ladies has a space in the building as does Big Eddie who overseas maintenance and operations as well as his job as a performer.  And it is just us: other performers and staff are in the other buildings.

They didn't just move us and give us our own space physically but they also did virtually; they broke us out of the larger private Agency web sites and gave us our own.

All this because 12 years ago Harry and Simon (Pops at the time) took a chance on a 59-year-old busty porn star wanna be named Marti.

She took it from there.
